    Outpatient Treatment

    Level 1 State Licensed services include an evaluation/intake process and recommendations for individual and/or group sessions, as well as random UA drug screenings. This information will only be shared with individuals specified on the client's signed release form. Our primary goal is to help clients achieve success without the use of altering substances, with counseling also addressing mental health and lifestyle choices.

    SAP

    As a certified Substance Abuse Professional (SAP), we offer services that include evaluating employees in safety-sensitive positions (such as CDL drivers) who have breached DOT drug and alcohol program regulations. We then provide recommendations for education, treatment, follow-up testing, and aftercare.

    OWI/DUI

    OWI/DUI evaluations include reports of assessments, recommendation, contact with legal entities and contact with court and DOT. Our goal is to get you back on the road.

    Telehealth

    All outpatient treatment, SAP, and/or OWI/DUI services are offered virtually. This enables sessions to be accessible for individuals out of state or those who cannot travel to Pella regularly.

    Wellness

    The wellness program targets the physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing of all clients. This program is offered to anyone who regularly and actively participates in any of the previously listed services.

    EAP

    The employment assistance program, is primarily referred to "Keys" by an employer. An employer works with "Keys" to determine how many sessions after the assessment will be paid for by the employer.
