Couple Therapy
Emphasizes interpersonal understanding in accepting disappoint, developing coping skills to celebrate, and fostering deeper connections in a private sober relationship.
Family Therapy
Concentrates on family dynamics and encourages family members to engage in a therapeutic setting. This approach aims to tackle emotional difficulties arising from life changes, whether related to a family member using mood-altering substances or one who is not.
Teen Group
A group setting that allows teens to openly share their thoughts in a confidential space with their peers. Discussions on intentional decision-making and motivational interviewing strategies help them explore self-expression while also working to minimize negative drama and stress in their lives.
Relapse Prevention
This program emphasizes education and therapeutic strategies related to specific drugs and alcohol, aiming to uncover their origins of use and what follows sobriety. It assists individuals in learning how to navigate society and build relationships without resorting to mood-altering substances for self-medication.
Women’s Issues
Concentrates on the realities faced by women, specifically addressing relapse prevention and the stressors or triggers related to relationships and parenting, while also emphasizing the importance of support within a therapeutic setting.
Men’s Reasoning Skills
Emphasizes relapse prevention alongside addressing criminal thinking and behavior. This also encompasses interpersonal relationships, including those involving couples, parenting, and work-related stressors or triggers.
Anger Management
This program focuses on learning methods to manage anger through relapse prevention and an anger meter. Ten distinct techniques for de-escalating anger, designed to assist individuals in expressing their anger appropriately and regulating their emotions with effective coping skills.
