Deborah Kay-Ostrander

Therapist/Executive Director  at Keys to Success over 25 years experience


As the owner of Keys to Success, Deborah's responsibilities are supervising staff and serving as the administrator for all the programs, policies, and procedures for Keys to Success. 


As a therapist, Deborah is a SAP-Federal Substance Abuse professional. For 30+ years she has specialized in helping teenagers and adults with co-occurring addiction based issues through individual and group sessions. She is very engaged in the community referrals and resources.

Brittney Kuntz, BA-CADC 

Counselor

 

 Brittney assists Executive Director with clinical needs and specializes in womens issues through individual sessions and assists in facilitating in men, women, and teen groups. She is engaged in the community and resources. Brittney is also certified in Prime for Life (OWI/DUI) 12 hour court mandated class Instructor.

Miranda Lopez

Data Entry  Specialist 

 

Miranda ensures the integrity of data for the State of Iowa and assists the executive director, office management, and office assistant when needed.

Richard Martin, PHD

Medical Director

 

Richard is the medical director that has oversight and consults with the executive director concerning clients charts and general oversight of relationships with support staff. 

Hannah Meuzelaar, Office Assistant

 

Hannah is currently attending UNI for her business degree. She continues to work as the office assistant through client chart management. She also assists with the business accounts through marketing and budgeting. She creates the accounts receivable and accounts payable profit-loss statements by working with the billing specialist and executive director. She works with the office manager to make sure the day to day fiscal budget is up to date.

Elaine VanderLinden

  Billing Specialist

 

Elaine serves as a liaison to clerical staff. She assists with clerical needs in terms of all insurance companies and understanding policy changes regarding billing expectations in rendering of counseling services.

Heidi Kay-Ostrander , PTA

Office Manager

 

Heidi assists in the supervision of office staff, consulting with the Executive Director concerning revenue and expenses, fiscal budget/bookkeeping as well as assists the Executive Director with transportation needs.
